3rdアルバム「Washi soul」のリリースから4年。その続編となる「Washi soul Ⅱ」が完成しました。本作は、ロンドン在住、Simply Redのギタリストとしても知られる鈴木賢司（Kenji Jammer）氏の強力なサウンドプロデュースにより制作。5曲すべてが、これまでにない表情を持つ作品群となっています。
中でも「終わりの来ない世界へ」「ここに生きている」の2曲では、元Simply Redのキーボーディスト、デヴィッド・クレイトン（David Clayton）氏が参加。深みと広がりを持った、かつてないサウンドが生まれました。
「終わりの来ない世界へ」はiTunes R&Bチャート26位にランクイン。
命と愛をコンセプトに展開される、全5曲・約27分。メロディ、歌詞、ボーカル、そして鈴木賢司氏のギターとサウンド。約1年半の制作期間を経て、渾身の一枚が完成しました。
ジャケットは前作に続き、葛飾北斎の作品をモチーフに、本作のテーマである「命と愛」を感じさせるデザインに仕上げています。

Four years after the release of the acclaimed album Washi soul, singer-songwriter soulsin-g returns with its powerful sequel, Washi soul Ⅱ.
Produced by Kenji Suzuki (Kenji Jammer) — London-based guitarist known for his work with Simply Red — this EP presents five deeply expressive tracks, each revealing a new emotional dimension.
Two standout songs, “Toward a World Without End” and “Here I Am Alive,” feature David Clayton, former keyboardist of Simply Red. His performance adds remarkable depth and atmosphere, creating a rich and expansive sound.
“Toward a World Without End” reached No. 26 on the iTunes R&B Chart.
Built around the universal themes of life and love, Washi soul Ⅱ blends soulful melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and expressive guitar work into a cohesive and moving listening experience. After nearly 18 months of production, this EP stands as a fully realized and passionate work.
The album artwork is inspired by Katsushika Hokusai, visually reflecting the themes of life and love, and continuing the aesthetic of the previous release.
